If you're looking to stay that low on calories, try about half - 3/4 cup of a high fiber cereal (like Fiber One, or Fiber Plus). That will probably net you around 75-80 calories dry. A whole cup is around 150 calories dry, depending on the specific type of cereal. Milk will add a little more. I like it as a snack because it keeps me feeling fuller longer.
-A bowl of mixed almonds, raisins, and walnuts
-Dried apricots, and also dried figs
-Have a bowl of oatmeal and sprinkle some raisins in
-A whole wheat bagel
-Half of a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread.
There is a cookie called bowel buddy. It is full of fiber and about 100 cal. The taste is bland, but it is better dipped in coffee. Very filling.

Broccoli with hummus. Broccoli has a good deal in it, as well as the hummus as it is made from chick peas wich have hummus.
