you'll probably pay more attention to what you eat so you'll probably eat healthier. if you're doing it for animal rights you'll feel good about not eating meat. you can save lots of money if you don't rely on fake meats. you'll probably be exposed to foods that you've never heard of before.



You do not get all the fat and bad cholestrol from red meatand you consume less fat. I have heard that vegetarians consume five hundred less calories than someone who is not a vegitarain.

I am a lapsed vegetarian and I can tell you it feels different. You feel lighter and more awake.



Animals don't have to die because of carnivore's whims...
