How long will home-baked gluten-free sweetbread keep?!

Question: How long will home-baked gluten-free sweetbread keep?
I finally baked some gluten-free pumpkin bread! But the recipe was for making 2 loaves at once. I figure I could freeze one and just keep the other out. But is it okay to keep out (and covered), or is it best to keep refrigerated? And how long will frozen bread stay good? I hope the refrigerated loaf will keep a week in the fridge. Correct me if I'm wrong about that.

Answers:

Cold retards bacteria and spoilage, so I would definitely keep your pumpkin bread refrigerated and it should be fine for a week or even a bit longer. Just be sure it is well wrapped, so it doesn't pick up odors from other foods.

It depends on the amount of engine oil you put in it.
