Hi, nuts+seeds, beans, whole-grains (like rice or brown bread), tofu, soya products and even vegetables all contain protein.
Beans go with pretty much any meal so mixing these in with pasta, chili, soup etc is a really good way to increase your protein intake without much effort.
Snacking on nuts is also very simple and has the added advantage that they're loaded with Omega 3 which is great for your heart.

Protein is made up of amino acids. While meat/animal products contain complete protein, most veggies don't contain ALL the amino acids needed to make up the complete protein that your body needs. Veg*ns seem to hate the term "combine", but that's what you need to do: Eat a wide variety of veggies to combine the different amino acids to make complete protein. Not necessarily at the same meal, though. You can google any food and find the protein content. Pay attention to iron, too. The iron in veggies is non-heme iron and not absorbed/used nearly as well by your body as the heme iron in meat. So, again, you need to eat a lot of iron rich veggies to get the iron your body needs. And if you're cutting out eggs and dairy, you need to be sure you're supplementing for vitamin B12. You can get it in pills, shots, or by eating highly processed fortified foods.
try to eat nuts they have alot of protein, soy milk, better if u make it is also high in protein, and of course beans.
nuts, rice, beans, and peanut butter are usually used to get protein
