Foods similar to potato?!


Question: Foods similar to potato?
For dinner I'm never satisfied unless I eat something like a potato.
I'll have either a plain baked potato or sweet potato. Sometimes whole wheat bread or pasta, or brown rice will satisfy me. What are other healthy foods that will help me have the same sense of fullness? Thanks!

Potato,bread,pasta and rice are all starches and all wheat (accept the potato)
you feel good when you eat starches so try
pastas like ravioli,speghetti,fettucini,routini,lasa… and any others
try bread like tortialls(quesidialls,burritos(burritos with rice) bagels made in to sandwiches,pita pockets filled with sandwich fillings,buns and rolls with something on it or any kind if bread
try rice with beans,veggies and tofu
try cereal with milk or yogurt with fruit or berries or cereal bars
try potatos mashed,baked,French fries, or any way
try corn
just look at any starch food



Potatoes are really healthy, as long as you don't load them up with calorie-laden toppings. But if you're looking for a change of pace, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, and bulgar wheat are prepared similar to rice, and are very tasty.



Lentils, polenta, cous cous and flatbreads are filling.



Try Jerusalem artichokes or parsnips..
