Absolutely not! Most frozen yogurts are loaded with sugar and/or fat. A cup of good refrigerated yogurt won't have that much sugar, no fat, and will give you up to 14 grams of protein for 100-150 calories. With a cup of frozen yogurt, you could be looking at anywhere from 0 to 14 grams of fat, as little as 4 grams of protein, 15% sugar, and possibly over 400 calories in a cup (thanks to all that sugar and fat).

Just read the labels and look at the ingredients order--the higher up on the list of ingredients, the more of that ingredient there is.

It depends. Commercial ones are laden with sugar and additives. For that matter,a lot of non-frozen yoghurt isn't that healthy either because of additives and sweeteners and/or sugar.
If you make your own frozen yoghurt using commercially made plain yoghurt or one you have made yourself, and add lots of fresh fruit and just a little sugar if needed then it can be a healthy treat. If by healthy you mean low-cal be sure to use a non fat or low fat plain yoghurt for the base, but for a really delicious but more calorific treat, use full fat milk yoghurt or even greek style. Freezing does not kill the yoghurt culture. It just becomes dormant and by the time it hits your stomach the yoghurt will defrost through your body temperature and your body will receive the benefits of the culture.

of course, its just frozen

yes, it is
