snack: banana
lunch: 2 pieces of bread, 2 slices of veggie sandwich "turkey", and 1/2 cup of yogurt

This is too much only if you're a hamster. If you're human, that's not nearly enough. You ate maybe 1000 calories, tops. Those calories included no green vegetables. Not only are you risking a vitamin deficiency, you're also damaging your body by not giving it enough energy. If this is too much food for you, see a doctor. You may be suffering from BDD and some kind of eating disorder, which can kill you.

ok snack good...
breakfast bit on the heavy side
interchange lunch and dinner.

i think this should be fine....

on a diet to reduce weight lost 9kgs in 3months...

No you didnt eat too much. You can look up calories for yourself online. Just google "calorie counters"

you ate a lot for breakfast, and a good amount for lunch and dinner. and it seems like not a lot to other people because everyone is used to huge portions (lol sorry i just finished watching 'super size me' in pe on friday haha) so now eating what used to be a normal amount seems like not enough. did you know that your stomach is as big as your fist, so thats the amount of food that you need to eat to fill it? and by eating until you are 'full' you stretch your stomach by 20 times? to be healthier, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. make sure any bread you are eating isn't white bread cause that has zero nutrients. good luck! :)
