Hi, non-dairy foods that are high in calcium are sesame seeds, dark leafy greens like spinach, broccoli heads, fortified orange juice, enriched rice milks and or soy, hazelnut, cocoanut, and almond milks. Vegan cheeses are also calcium fortified at 30% DRA per slice.

Vegan



- Molasses
- Green leafy vegetables
- Sesame seeds
- Broccoli
- Soymilk/ricemilk
- Figs

...are all great sources of calcium. :)

I eat a lot of broccoli :D I eat it as a snake to get my calcium up. I LOVE VEGANISM!
