what can i do with soy yogurt?!


Question: What can i do with soy yogurt?
i bought a tub for cookies..it goes bad today.. any quick ideas... my recipe only calls for 1 tablespoon...can only make so many cookies

Granola on top
Plain
Make a yogurt sauce to go with falafel

I'm sure it will still be good for a couple of days.

how about making a smoothie too
