Are the frozen from concentrate juices in a can as healthy as fresh refrigerated or shelf stable?!

Question: Are the frozen from concentrate juices in a can as healthy as fresh refrigerated or shelf stable?
The ones that say they are 100% juice, but are concentrated in a can and frozen, and you put it in a pitcher and mix with water. You can get three of these for the cost of one Juicy Juice or Welch's or the refrigerated orange juices.

The healthiest thing to do is buy a juicer or blender (if you don't already own one) and make your own juice from organic fruits and vegetables. Not to mention, I've always been suspicious of animal by-products in store-bought juice, even if it says 100%...

And yes, if they all say "from concentrate", then it's the same as buying concentrate yourself.

The best kind of juice you can possibly drink is your own freshly made juice by buying a juicer.
