Question: Vegans: how healthy was my day?
Hello
I'd like you to critique my diet today pls. Here goes...

banana
1 cup hashbrowns
? onion
2 tortillas
? cup chili beans

small taco salad
picante sauce
orange

apple

1 cup tomato pasta
side salad w/ Italian dressing
? cup cashews
boca burger on wheat w/ “cheese” n “mayo”

sm can pineapple juice

*btw i'm a vegan so all these things were veganized*

Answers:

i think its a pretty good day. I mean if you aren't on a diet or anything.
because u still got ur fats, from the hashbrowns, mayo, and juices and cashews.
and u got ur fruits. plus usually bread products veganized is alot healthier for u anyways. the only thing i would try and change, is instead of having so much juice, which is really high in sugars, each a few more veggies.
veggies are great with hummus!! or a stir fry with some nuts and peanut sause. or bring them someone to work and have them with a light dip.
but otherwise great job!!
and ignore the person before, this is your own belief and i agree with u.



Sounds healthy to me..



terrible you need meat. If god didnt want you to eat animals he wouldnt have made them out of meat.
