Is It safe to have an ensure everyday to replace a meal?!
No... really is it? If I have an ensure plus everyday to replace a meal is it safe? And will it help me lose weight? Will it give me all my nutrients and can I do this for the rest of my life?

Each bottle of Ensure Plus has 350 calories, so if you're using them to replace a meal which would otherwise contain more calories, then yes, it could help you lose weight.
It is not safe. You will be doing a great deal of harm to your body, especially if you do this for an extended period of time. Also, my mother drinks Ensure to gain weight, so I doubt it will help you lose any.
no actually you will gain weight. my friend recovering from anorexia drinks that stuff to gain weight
