Does eating processed dog food make them itch?!

Question: Does eating processed dog food make them itch?
My dog (an adult Maltipoo) always scratches himself and rolls on the floor after eating his dog food (Blue Buffalo chicken w/ brown rice). After few minutes he is ok, but I wonder if this is bad for him, is there something in the food that triggers this. At other times he scratches himself and licks certain areas but not as a predictable behavior. Please advise if it is the food, is it harmful, and should I make some changes.
Thank you.

I haven't noticed my pets itching but it can give them diarrhea. I only feed my cats kangaroo meat & my dog, lambs necks & unkcooked chicken carcasses or beef from pet shop. I know bones can be a problem but she's a big dog (mastif cross) & hasn't had any problems. Vets have told me that cats don't need the vegetables & additives in tinned cat food. They do like a blade of grass now & then though, so do dogs.

some ingredients are more likely to cause food allergies than others. In order of the most common offenders in dogs are beef, dairy products, chicken, lamb, fish, chicken eggs, corn, wheat, and soy. As you may have noticed, the most common offenders are the most common ingredients in dog foods. This correlation is not a coincidence. While some proteins might be slightly more antigenic than others, many proteins are similar in form and the incidence of allergic reactions are probably associated with the amount of exposure

Lol he is probably just happy because his tummy is full! My cat rolls around in the floor after we give her food she really likes, like canned food or treats.
