ah, i got all these thumbs downs but that is exactly what blue cheese is. i know it doesn't sound pleasant but accept the facts. be aware of what you are putting into your body. if it grosses you out, don't eat it.
I love bleu cheese; Stilton, Gorgonzola, Maytag, Buxton, Cambozola, Roquefort, Point Reyes, it's all "le meilleur fromage au monde."
It's not meant to be blue, you should probably clean your fridge out more often :-)
