I would not consider pizza a "health food". But that doesn't mean you shouldn't have some once in a while. It does often have a lot of calories, even per slice. But it's OK to "let loose" now and then and have something that makes you feel good. Go for it!

Sounds good to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I might order that too. [less the mushrooms, which I'm not fond of] Don't feel guilty about eating this. Umm, you might not want to eat the same thing every day, though I go through periods when I eat the same thing a bunch..
Here's a salad dressing I make, you might like it too.
Squeeze the juice from a lemon in a bowl, use a tablespoon to squish it all out from inside.
Add equal to 1 1/2 times canola or olive oil
Add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic,
Add 1 tsp oregano
Add 1/2 tsp basil.
I put this in a small canning jar and shake it well, it's good for a few salads, and tastes absolutely awesome..
Be well, and Pizza forever!!
Yeah, most of the fat in pizza is the cheese. The tomato sauce might be calorific, it depends what they're using I suppose, and garlic butter could have a high fat content but as a vegan you're probably skipping that (it's probably some cheap low-fat spread anyway).
Nice to see a pizza place doing pizzas without cheese and arguments. Attitudes over here (in the UK) vary, some places are happy to do it and some look at you like you've just asked for a deep-fried coat rack.
It seems healthy enough also sounds tasty i don't see any reasons why you shouldn't have it and I'm sure if you have variety of other foods in your diet there is no problem in indulging by having this pizza now and again. (:
that sounds completely awesome (and healthy). I have never had a pizza without cheese, so will probably have to try one of these days.
yea but i suggest skip the peppers n onions on that pizza since thats just 2 much sodium k enjoy
Sounds perfectly healthy! Whole grains, vegetables & fruit. Just eat it in moderation.
