Has anybody ever had Dr. McDougall's ramen...?!

Question: Has anybody ever had Dr. McDougall's ramen...?
They have this non-meat chicken flavored ramen... and I was wondering how good it is for you? It tastes really good but I'm not sure if it's something that would be okay to eat 2-3 times a week. It seems pretty natural, it's pretty low cal, it has a bit of sodium in it... but otherwise it seems great. It has a lot of veggies in it, too. It just kind of seems too good to be true... >_> I was mostly wondering if any one else has tried it, though. :)

Answers:

I love Dr. McDougall's products! However, I don't eat them unless I'm travelling. I take them with me when I spend a weekend at a friend's house and know that I won't be able to cook food for myself. It's easy and convienient to have vegan food I can just pop in the microwave like that! I don't think they are "bad" for you. I just don't want to eat pre-made food like that all the time. It's better than a lot of other similar products in comparison though.

I'm sure it's not unhealthy but it's probably overpriced. You can get a giant bag of soba noodles for less than a dollar and just add your own seasonings. We get several family sized meals out of one bag of noodles.
