As long as you're eating well and balancing your diet I don't see why they'd want to make you eat fish. Keep a daily diary of everything you eat so you can show them how balanced your diet is.

hi
its quite simple really
if u dont want to eat fish then dont eat fish
i suggest u
remind them we are in a recession so fish is very expensive
also if this doesnt work say u will eat wildcaught organic fish on ur birthday
haha
evian, espressos, vine tomatoes, wildcaught organic oakgrilled sturgeon,
rainbow trout, john dory, branzino, dover sole

vegan who eats fishfish haha

You're 13, not 2. What are your parents going to do? Strap you in a high chair and force feed you a fish stick?
Just tell them. There really isn't anything they can do.

Tell them how bad fish is for your health.

If you dont want to eat fish they cant force you too.

You don't have to eat fish if you don't want to.

start eating lots of beans so then they cant throw the protein thing at you.

Just tell your parents, they will understand. They have to except you for who you are!

Don't eat if you don't want.

just tell then its your body and you'll put into that body whatever YOU want

refuse to eat certian foods. i really hate seafood and yet my parents keep making it. But when they do make it i never eat it and my parents worry about my health so they quickly make something so i dont starve. its kinda cruel but it works

look.. i think the only reason ppl become vegetarian is that they didnt know what good food taste like, try arabic food in a proper restaurant and see the change.
