from the store
I know I could drink them

Hi, if you want to include bought juice then that's absolutely fine. Just make sure that it is actually juice! Things like Sunny D are honestly just chemicals. As a general rule, anything that calls itself a "juice drink" should be avoided like the plague. This means they're not even legally allowed to describe it as juice!
100% juice, not from concentrate, is best.

I usually just use 100% juice from the grocery store haha like:
Welch's grape juice
Ocean Spray 100% Cranberry Juice, raspberry juice, or blueberry juice
Fruit/veggie juice smoothies by Odwalla, Arthur's, Bolthouse Farms (Bolthouse Farms makes a great tasting carrot juice, tastes fresh all week through)
Sunny D isn't really 100% juice. But thees other juices taste just as good :)
noooo sunny D that would be bad for you!! too much sugar and fake crap in it. 100% real fruit/veg is what you want, you'd be better off drinking water and lemon then sunny d, its like doing a fast with capri suns, hahaha just doesn't work.
No because store bought juice have all sorts of sugar and junk in it, especially sunny d
