break it open under water so it doesn't stain your clothes cause it will if you get it on you, VERY PERMANANT STAINS BE CAREFUL!!! but ya just break it up in a bowl of water to seperate the little seed things inside and eat them!!

umm yes dont swallow the seeds obviously spit the actual seeds out
or just go buy 100% pomegranate juice pom wonderful
drink a glass of that like 8oz is enough haha

ps it stains duh so get some ziplock bags or bowl to contain it if u really want the fruit
n cut break it like over the sink

I submerse it into a large bowl of water, then cut it.... into slices like an apple or orange... down the center, into at least 4 pieces... I then break it apart under the water. The seeds sink, and you can remove the rest. I then pick the seeds out of the bottom of the bowl, and put them into another bowl, from which I eat the seeds.

ok so cut it in the middle and tap it in the bottom and eat the seeds and the red stuff covering it ohh and just don't stab it with a spoon directlly coz it will splash and it stains...and don't eat the skin..

GOOD luck!!

Ok, I eat pomegranates all the time! This is how I eat them. I cut the pomegranate in four pieces, and bend each section of it and the seeds will come out! Then you eat them and spit them out the seeds:)

I cut mine into quarters or eighths and eat the seeds (arils) right off of the white waxy stuff that's on the inside. Pomegranates taste great, but man they're a pain in the butt to eat!

Cut it in half turn it over hold it over a plate and hit the back of it with spoon and the seeds will fall out :)
