What things can I snack on besides fruit and nuts?!


Question: What things can I snack on besides fruit and nuts?
I always eat a big plate of mixed fruit for dinner, so that takes care of my fruit for the day and I'm trying to cut back on nuts because I go insane when I start eating them and eat the whole jar lol. So what are some wholefoods I can snack on between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner? Least processed as well. What are some low fat, low sugar options?

and/or
just drink lots of water and eat bigger meals esp breakfast



Your best bet would be indian food... Many people create less spicy varieties of indian snacks and meals and post their recipes online. Most of them are made of various vegetables and a large variety of dried beans and lentils. Try the food network website.



Raw veggies.
Hard boiled egg.
Popcorn, nothing added to it.
Instant breakfast drink.
Pistachios in the shell ( you have to work to get to them)



try sticks of celery with a little salt if you like, also items you might put in salads. I like cold, tinned sweet corn & beetroot sandwiches. Asparagus spears are good too.



try celery sticks or red peppers cut into strips dipped into some all natural hummus



vegi chips
