... with an enema, please.

No. Going vegan is a challenge, and doing a cleanse is an even bigger challenge (i assume your talking about some sort of fast or juice diet). Theres no reason to do those two things back to back. Why not get used to your new diet, and then do a cleanse later on.

I used to think I should do that, but I decided against it. After going vegan, I have no need to do it anyways. Vegans eat high fiber and lots of good proteins and nutrients. You don't need to.

It's not a "should" but you can if you choose to. As your daily trips to the bathroom will attest, your body does its own "cleansing" without the need for extraordinary rituals.

Do whatever you think is right for you. If you feel like you need a cleanse, do a cleanse.

There is no such thing. The body naturally cleanses itself.

What's a cleanse?

If you want. It's not necessary or recommended to do a cleanse when you go vegan, but it's actually quite a good idea now that I think of it. You can find any fast, detox or cleanse you would like and get started. Some are easy, such as water or juice fasting, while others can just be a hassle if you have to buy all kinds of ingredients.
