Not at all. People love to air their opinions & they don't do it to help. They're often insecure & need to put someone else down to feel good. (Tall poppy syndrome). People also THINK they know & don't care if they haven't heard experienced or seen hard evidence. Not sure if you meant warring or warning, so here goes for warring. Even our 'civilised' countries war & we know about health but what about the right to live? Sometimes armies treat soldiers as expendable. Fighting to defend ourselves is one thing but just for territories is another.
