Question: Did I eat healthy today?
Breakfast: A soy yogurt and banana
Lunch: A couple leftover sweet potato fries, and a bagel thin with jam
Second lunch:): One cup of Coach's Oats with a drop of almond milk and cinnamon
Dinner: Two cups of steamed edamame

You should eat more bread. i.e. Add a piece of toast with your breakfast, and maybe a dinner roll with dinner.



you should have more carbs and protein in your diet

you even should have fats in your diets some vitamins are fat-soluble and your body can not have it with out insufficient fat

depends on your sex,age,activity and..... you can have 2000 calories per day



-too much soy.
-there's only one fruit
-only one vegetable
-not enough iron
-too processed



You need to make sure you're eating enough calories to sustain yourself.



You ate like someone with an eating disorder. Normal people eat twice that much.



I don't think you ate too little, I eat about the same. It would be better to add some more fruits and vegetables:)
