Vegans - how do you lighten your coffee?!

Question: Vegans - how do you lighten your coffee?
Answers:

I don't drink coffee but I would recommend Mimicreme, it is a vegan cream substitute made from cashews and almonds. I use the unsweetened version for cooking but they have a sweetened version that I am sure would lend itself well to coffee or tea. Wildwood makes a soy creamer but it is not shelf stable. You could also use soy milk but I have heard some soy milks can curdle in really hot coffee. Almond milk or rice milk could also work really nicely but Mimicreme would be my top choice.

@ star symbol: Splenda is not vegan and never will be. Nor is it healthy for anybody. It is a close relative too DDT and is tested on animals. One of the places testing Splenda is Huntingdon Life Sciences which has a global campaign against them for killing 500 animals a day for splenda and other useless products as well as punching 4 month old beagle puppies in the face and dissecting live primates and mutilating rabbits and coming into work on hard drugs and drunk. They are horrible company testing a horrible product. Plus with the abundance of vegan sugars and vegan sweeteners that are healthy for you and suitable for diabetics and those trying to lose weight splenda is even more useless.
