Nuts are a great source of protein, dietary fiber, and healthy fats. The high fat content and high protein content allows you to add quality calories to your diet, which is essential for building muscle. They're pretty much the ultimate healthy snack, and with so many different varieties out there, you never have to get bored. Almonds specifically have a ton of flavor, and a ton of protein, and because of that, they're my personal favorite.

like stuck said, almonds & nuts.
-try wheat sliced bread with peanut butter and slice some banana in it. eat the rest of the banana (obviously), eat with a fruit or two.
-veggies bugers. veggie dogs. some are really good. look at the minerals that come with those dogs man, it's crazy. some people argue that it's too easy to be good and all but eating them once a week or so i don't see a problem. it's not like there's full of fat and sodium like the meat ones.
-avocado. you could do a bunch of stuff with avocados. you can easily make it as a dip. like if you can carry around veggies and pack some of the avocado dip you make with you, it'S great. avocado has a whole bunch of good oily fats.

the best vegeration snake to add body mass is eating banana as well as vegetable momo.and greeny leafs also helpful.

Peanuts..

Nuts and seeds.
