You still need to get your nutrients, the one that your lacking seems to be protein, which gives you energy.

The little known truth about protein is that most of us get too much, not too little of it. Women need about 45 grams per day and men need around 55 grams. One cup of tofu contains about 20 grams of protein, so women, eat some tofu and you’re almost halfway there! Lots of foods contain protein and if you’re eating a well-balanced diet, you’re probably consuming more than enough protein without even thinking about it. Even though it’s quite easy to get plenty of protein on a vegetarian or vegan diet, its a good idea to make sure you’re eating a variety of protein-rich foods. If you’re a lacto-ovo vegetarian, you’ll likely get sufficient protein from eggs and dairy without even trying, but if you’re vegan, here are some high protein vegan foods to include in your diet: tofu, seitan, veggie burgers, soy, lentils, chickpeas, nuts and seeds, brown rice and whole grains.

It sounds like you may not be consuming enough calories. Calories = energy. It's extremely important to educate yourself to get the most out of a veg*n diet. There is SO much info available that there's just no excuse for a poor veg*n diet. The web is a great resource but you have to make sure that the source/author(s) is reliable. Also check your library. The more you research the better your diet will become. Before long it will not require as much thought. You'll have your pantry full of the basic ingredients & you'll know just where to look to buy. Like everything, it takes effort & time to get used to a new diet but the results will be so worth it!

vegetarian myself

I doubt you're lacking protein, but you might be iron deficient.
There are two types of iron: heme and non-heme. Heme iron comes from meat and is easily absorbed into the body. Non-heme iron comes from plants, but it can only be absorbed in the body with Vitamin C. Sort of like the calcium/vitamin D combination.
When you eat an iron rich plant, make sure to have a source of vitamin C in the same meal. Then your body will absorb the iron. This happened to me too. Oh, and broccoli is a good source of iron and C, so you could just eat a lot of broccoli. :)

Being a vegetarian does NOT mean to stop eating everything else!!
I have being vegan (no animal by-product) for tree years now, Im a middle age woman and everything gets going better in my health since i satrt with it.
Being a vegetarian only means to NOT eat any kind of meat, but for example, french fries, apple pie, even coke, etc. don't obviously have meat =D

Merry Chistmas ^^

That means you are not doing it right. I am a vegitarian and it sounds like you need more protein and vitamins and iron. Take a multi tablat and an iron pill and be sure to eat lots or protein. Also you should go to a bookstore and get a vegitarian book for some good tips. Good luck! :)

Make sure you eat some protein every day. (I particularly like nuts, beans, mushrooms, cheese and eggs) If you eat eggs (like me) a hard boiled egg every morning should fix your issue. Lift your tongue up... is the underside clear, or dark? Light means you're a bit anemic.
