the new Silk Almondmilk, is it all from almond or also from soy?!

Question: The new Silk Almondmilk, is it all from almond or also from soy?
i read the box, it doesn't mention soy at all! so is soy milk in there or no?

Answers:

SILK is the brand name that came about when they only produced soy-based drinks.

If soy played even a minor part in the production of the almond milk, it would have to be declared on the packaging since many people are allergic soy. I really doubt that the company would put themselves in the way of a lawsuit.

Silk is made by Dean foods, one of if not the largest dairy producer in the world. Regardless of any other issues with Silk, Silk is basically just a way for Dean foods to make even more money and exploit even more cows and help the veal industry stay in existence.

No almond milk doesn't contain soy unless it says so in the ingredients/allergen warnings. They have to list stuff like that in the ingredients or people can sue them and Dean foods doesn't want a lawsuit because it will make them look even worse then they do. I think that was the big reason for Silk if they sold Silk then people might overlook their horrid use and abuse of cows and their monopolizing and other problems. Most people don't even know what Dean foods owns and how much they own.

vegan because animals are not property
