Question: What is pumis? as in dip. is it good for you? is it engineered?
so what is pumis, peaple are using as a substitute for dip?

Answers:

Do you mean humus? If so, then yes it is good for you! Humus is commonly made with chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and olive oil. It is often used as healthy dip for breads and veggies!

Hummus is a dip made of pureed chick peas (aka garbanzo beans) with olive oil, salt, lemon, and sometimes other flavors like garlic, roasted red bell pepper, jalapeno, or other seasonings.

It's very good and healthy. I has lots of fiber and protein. I like it, and I'm in no way a vegetarian.

It's hummus.

It's not a substitute for dip, it IS a dip.

It's made from chickpeas.

Unless you're vegan, you eat ridiculously engineered-foods everyday,
so I wouldn't be worried about some chickpeas ground into a paste.

It's hummus, and it is made from ground garbanzo beans.
