It's really not that hard. Concentrate on eating whole grains, fruit, vegetables, beans and nuts.

if you are a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and not vegan, than eggs milk are all good. I was raised as a vegetarian and have never had meat, and im happy to hear you are you are considering it. i get my protein from: tofu, nuts and seeds (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds...), lentils, beans (chickpeas, kidney beans...), eggs, yogurt, milk, cheese. Just add lots of fruits, veggies, and grains (rice, bulgar, quinoa, couscous) too. enjoy!

I'm also 13 i've been veg
since I was 11. Don't let people tell you you can't get protein cause you can through
beans
nuts and seeds
leafy greens
whole grains
eggs
avacado
appricot
dairy
you probably eat one of theese every day like pb on bread, scrambled eggs, cream cheese, milk, cheese and veggie meat sandwiches ( another great protein source) or hummus

Been veg for two years

you CAN eat eggs.my sister is a crazy vegetarian but even she knows eggs is not meat.eggs must be fertilizeed to hatch.this happens within the chicken.we do not stop the fertilization from happening.we jus take the ones that the rooster did not fertilize and eat those. u CAN also have milk. you do not have to kill cows to get milk

Hi crazy but cute, Here is a site that you can research more at. All the best. Rab
