Ive heard pomegranent has high on the "healthiest" fruit... they all have diffrent levels of sugar and callories and such so its hard what u mean bye healthies .... ( the fruit that gives you most nutirments ) or one that has the least amount of sugar depends ... but stick with seasonal and local ... you cant go wrong with fruit there all healthy
