Question: Is tofu good for weight loss?
Answers:

Tofu is high in protien and low in fat. It is a good source of protien for the body. But not one food, not even tofu is the key to weight loss. Weight loss is simply abut eating less calories and or exercising more. The more you excercise the more callories you burn. The less calories you eat the more weight you loose.

Diet is not really that simple but it is easy to think of it in that general term. You need protien in a diet, else you body will eat your own muscle to obtain protien. So in that case yes Tofu is good for weight loss. But it, in and of itself, is not the sole cause of that weight loss.
