Do you think fat is bad?!
Answers:
My opinion: Call your family practice doctor... ask them to find what appropriate fat parameters are for vegetarians, as I know much of the cholesterol you now take in is now good cholesterol... perhaps the same is true for fat.
If you are not concerned about your weight then its not that bad. but fat thickens your blood and is just turned into fat. we only need like .2% of our calories from fat and they're in foods you'd think would be non-fat (fruits, veggies). you don't need all that fat at all. but like i said if you're healthy anyway, it wont hurt that bad.

Too much fat, is bad. Nuts are not a bad thing because they have many health benefits, such as zinc, certain vitamins and healthier fats and protein. If you eat dairy and eggs that could cause you to have a higher intake of fat. Don't exclude fat altogether, but don't eat too much.
Good fat that comes from avocadoes, olives/olive oil, nuts and oily fish is certainly not bad, it's very very good! It can even help shed belly fat and gives you beautiful glowing skin. So, no don't eat less of the good fat, your body is loving it.
Check out what a vegetarian's fat intake should be on a vegetarian website. OR you could ask a physician or a nutritionist.
It's important to have enough fat. Too much, though, no matter where it's from, isn't good. You should try to eat more protein-y things (beans, nuts, etc.) and less cheese, artificial wheats, etc.
Fat is necessary for human body vegetable fat is not saturated as animal one, but still not suitable for diet ,u should reduce it specially from avocados and nuts because its full of calories .
Saturated fat is worse, but still you should cut down on unsaturated fats, it's still not good
Depends what kind of fat and how much you inhale.
Fat is fat and thats that. Saturated fats are the worst.
I don;t think the fat U had was bad. may be they meant animal fat.
