You might want to ask at the website called Chowhound for local recommendations. But I wouldn't advise posting it under Vegetarians. They don't eat seafood/fish. Pescatarians eat seafood/fish. The last link explains the difference.

Do't know about the US, but here in Aus, out in the bush, a lot of places hold a seafood night about once a month, for between $30 to $40 dollars, usually served as a buffet, with prawns, crab, oysters, a hot dish, a non-seafood dish, and salads, chips etc. Try the pubs around the place, they may be able to recommend a spot, good luck
