Would it be ok to have 5 serves of fruit and 2 serves of vegetables?!

Question: Would it be ok to have 5 serves of fruit and 2 serves of vegetables?
I just prefer fruit a whole more and we always have more fruit in the house then veggies.

Answers:

Absolutely.. Fruit is great for you.

That's a lot of fruit, fruit contains a lot of sugar so it is best not to have to much, it would be better to have less fruit and more vegetables.

Absolutely fine. Some European countries recommend 7 or even 9 helpings of fruit and/or veg every day.

The goal is to eat five a day combined (so seven is even better, as long as you're getting *some* vegetables).
