Question: Dry vegetables to make soup?
hi, im foreign, can i find in london dry legumes like beans (to cook) , barley, spelt... to make vegetable soup?
and where can i find them?

Easy to find in local grocery store.
Buy good brand powdered soup base for seasoning taste.
Always good to add 1 or 2 of: fresh onions, celery, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage for taste. It's optional. and you can use up.



most dry legumes can be found at your local grocery store..... remember when cooking dry beans, they triple in size when cooked and absorb alot of liquid. aLSO, THEY TAKE HOURS TOO COOK ON SOUP IF THEY ARENT SOAKED THE night before...



You should be able to find dry soup mix at most supermarkets in the baking aisle.
If you can't see them ask, as they are sure to have them, some if not all.

Go to your local supermarket. They sell them in bags
