Muscle gain is from excercise and protien intake. It is simply a matter of usiung your muscles more and givign your body fuel to create more muslce mass.

For gaining muscle you should give extra work to muscles. The working of muscles cause relaxation and contraction. This relaxation and contraction wants energy that absorbs from food.Getting of extra energy to muscles cause growth of muscles.Today,we go to gym or health centres for extra work. This helps us to make all muscles(in hands, chest, abdomen, legs and back muscles.)in our body to working.

Diet, rest, sleep and exercise are the keys to fitness. They must be properly balanced for any fitness goals. Progressive weight training was advocated by Louis Attila (born Louis Durchlacher in 1844) in the 1880s when myths said it was bad for people. He proved his point with his most famous pupil Eugen Sandow (born Friedrich Mueller in 1867) who became the best-built man of the 1890s and a star of strong man acts in stage shows all over the world. You begin modestly and increase weights and volume of training as you gain strength. You must have adequate protein in your diet, and meat is the best source. Some people take protein supplements, and whey is the best basis for such supplements. You must rest enough but not too much, and you must have good sleep habits to achieve maximimum muscle gains. There are different stages in bodybuilding regimens. I suggest that you look at some books about it at your local library. You can also look at such magazines as "Flex", "IronMan", "Muscle & Fitness", "MuscleMag", "Muscular Development" and "Planet Muscle" at newsstands and bookstores. I buy some of them often. It requires much study to learn any subject well, so start today.

Healthy, balanced diet.
Lots of protein - Including eggs, chicken, fish, protein shakes + calcium for strong bones.

Exercise is crucial. Don't cut down on food, just add in lots of exercise. Including weight lifting and cardio.

Exercise and protein, although it's a myth that the more protein you have the larger and stronger you become.

Steroids. Or intense exercise and body building.
