Am I getting enough protein?!
Rice with soya beans and mung sprouts, a variety of vegetables, a hand full of almond nuts, rice cakes, a salad and some pumkin seeds. I literally eat that every day.
Please tell me if this is ok or if its not ok! And if so what should I do?
Plus I run 3 days a week and I do alot of muscle building work without the use of weights 3 days a week.
I have been on this diet for a year now and I have developed irritation in my digestive system and severe bloating.
Thanks very much :)!!!

Beans, sprouts and nuts contain materials that are indigestible. This creates gas from fermentation, and over extended periods, can cause bloating and discomfort.
You do need more protein in your diet. I recommend salmon or chicken breast 3 or 4 times per week.
i'm a vegetarian and only 13 and to get protein my mom makes me a lot of beans and nuts.......u should also try drinking more soy/rice milk and u should also eat fruit........try eating different foods because by eating the same thing every day can make ur digestive system every angry whenever u eat anything different.
try this.

Protein is a red herring (which is, in turn, mostly protein). Your body can produce protein provided it gets the right amino acids. Rice + beans will give you all of those. What you should really be concerned about is getting enough iron.
If you have irritation and severe bloating then you are not eating right. Vegan diets are not for everyone. Would you be opposed to trying some fish? It's a great source of protein.
I think your body is telling you it is NOT ok. You would probably be amazed at how much better you would feel if you ate a normal meal. But then the point of being a vegan is to suffer, right?
Anytime your eating beans, your having more than enough protein, but, I believe, you probably should eat different types of food that contain different types of proten. Your diet is ok. You should also concider trying other foods that have proteins too. The bloating is probably from eating just beans as your main meal. If you are cooking your own beans make sure you soak them in water over night because soaking the beans lifts all the gasses out of them which is causing your stomache to constantly bloat. Now the irritation part is probably because your not putting a lot of different foods in you that your body requires you to have all those vitamins such as fruit, greens, and different sources of protein. I advise you to do some more rearch online or ask your doctor if you have one and ask him or her to reccomend you a list of different foods that contain those vitamins that substitute the other foods that you now cant eat because your on a special diet. You have now inspired me, I now want to try this diet. Thank you. Good luck and plan your diet smart. Take care.
My logic.
Is that the only food that you eat? It's a very healthy meal but you definitely need some more food in your diet. Do you eat these foods several times a day? Because if you just eat that meal once, it doesn't seem like you are getting enough of anything- calories, protein, fat etc.
There are so many other healthy vegan foods that you can add to your daily intake. Some of my suggestions would be
Putting some peanut butter, toffuti or humus on your rice cakes
Eating some fruit (bananas are very easy on the digestive system)
Wider variety of carbs- bread, pasta
Instead of soya beans EVERY day, replace them every so often with chick peas, lentils and other kinds of beans. It's healthy to mix things up because every food has different things to offer.
Rice can be very hard on the digestive system so maybe try not to eat that every day, and replace it with other meals.
