Can you make tea out of grass?!

Question: Can you make tea out of grass?
I'm just wondering...If grass is indigestible, then what would happen to your stomach if you drank some tea from boiled grass?

Answers:

Yes you can make tea from grasses. A broth made from steeped leaves and herbs would be considered tea

Grass is not indigestible. Cats and dogs may barf after eating grass, but that is not the same for humans

I doubt marijuana tea would taste good but it might get you high. I'll take you literally though & say that you could. It would probably taste like alfalfa. I don't think I'd care for it. We had Italian neighbours who used to pick a certain kind of grass (don't know what it was) in a vacant paddock near us & I believe they used it as a vegetable. Probably to save money.

Technically, it wouldn't be tea, as it isn't from the tea leaf, but I suppose you could make an infusion (or tisane) from any plant. Probably wouldn't taste very good, though.

well if by "grass" you mean marijuana.... hmmm.... otherwise it would probably go right through you with little to no side effects unless you have grass allergies

I believe tea come out of tea leaves.. if so then it should have been licked to grasses... and I think nothing will happen to your stomach if you drank tea because the grass(leaves) are well squashed to suit tea

You can make tea out of bricks if you want to. But it won't taste very good.

It's called tea because it comes from TEA LEAVES
