My 7-year-old eats more than that so no. This is the vegetarian section btw.

Well, I'm not sure as to whether it's too much or not since you didn't state your activity level. However, it's not very healthy.

There's hardly any vegetables, and a bagel for both breakfast and lunch isn't the best choice. It's practically ALL carbs, not to say there's anything wrong with carbs since they give you energy, but there's a such thing as too much.

Instead of having another bagel for lunch, how about some stir fry or stew? And for dinner, well, yeah canned soup or anything canned in that matter isn't the best as it's loaded with msg and hardly no nutrients. Since you were probably going for something fast and easy to make, even some spaghetti loaded with veggies in the sauce is quite tasty. Just add frozen veggies, let the tomato sauce and the veggies simmer together...and all done. It's key to add vegetables to your meals so that you'll indulge less on the other things since vegetables are high in fiber and help you feel less full.

Good luck & Merry Christmas.
