Do teens require anything more or less in a diet than adults do? What about Vegetarian teens?!

Teens usualy need to get more vitamins,etc things that help them grow.
Vegetarian teens need to eat certain foods that give tem things like protein, which meat would normally provide, as well as getting nutrients to grow like regular teeeens.
That really depends on age, sex, possible conditions (allergies etc)
for example a female will require more iron due to her period & loss of blood, men will require more protein.
Teens will require higher amounts of nearly everything to aid growth & especially so when younger.
