I have heard very good things about Parma, but I haven't tried it.
I recommend making your own by mixing together some nutritional yeast, salt, and some kind of nuts or seeds. Below are a few recipe links. The first uses almonds, the second sesame seeds, and the third hemp seeds, so you can choose which sounds like it will work best with your other ingredients. All look great.
Parma is pretty much the same thing, but with walnuts, and premade.
You will need something to grind either almonds or sesame seeds - a clean coffee grinder works well, or a small food processor will work too. With the hemp seeds, you don't even have to grind, just stir to mix the ingredients together.
