Will you go vegan for at least a month to try it out?!

Question: Will you go vegan for at least a month to try it out?
Will you go vegan:
because it's the right thing to do for the planet,
for the animals,
& for your health?

Will you try it out for just few days?

Answers:

Already am and have been for a long time. A (mostly raw) plant-based diet is the healthiest one for humans.

@american psycho With no tools, a human does not possess the biological equipment nor the instinct to tear asunder the neck muscles of a cow or pig. If you study human anatomy, you'll find that we're best suited for a herbivorous diet... our jaws can move from side-to-side, we have long intestines, no proper digestive enzymes for meat, etc.

I've tried going vegan before, just to see what all the fuss was about.

I didn't really feel any different, except that I missed the taste of meat eggs and dairy. So I started eating those food items again, and have done so regularly ever since.

I still don't see what all the fuss is about, but I have no quarrels with anyone who wants to become vegan for whatever reason.

I did go vegan for a week before Thanksgiving. I felt great, but I ended up going off the diet for a variety of reasons (Thanksgiving included). However, I can hardly stomach meat, I got over my cheese addiction, and I've been feeling terrible about my eating habits since I went off of veganism, so I'm back! With a vengeance!
I've decided I like being vegan. And my skin looks awesome again. =D

Ive been meaning to try it out but not really for any of those reasons mainly because whenever i start to chew on meat i start thinking that its a dead animal and the texture and taste and everything starts to make me wanna gag

yeeaaaahhh

Sorry, not this time of year.

I go completely vegetarian once or twice a week, but could never obsess over food enough, or the ingredients of every bite I take, to ever consider a vegan lifestyle.

I would love to but sadly I don't have the education. It might sound easy to you but I wouldn't know what to eat, buy, etc. If someone could point me in the right direction I would love to try it out.

I litterally can't. I'm on a high protein diet, which includes dairy as well, so I have meats, eggs, and cheeses daily.

No. DAIRY!!!!!!!!!!

What would I eat without dairy.

Born vegetarian.

Vegan for 4 years hon. :D

Grannie, there's vegan cheese and ice cream...

There's only one problem. The only shoes I have ever found to correct my flat feet for my on-my-feet job are leather. I guess I could try it for the weekend : )

i cant live without cheese and icecream :( but i can do without milk! :D im almost there im a vegetarian.

I'll try it out for a lifetime, how's that ;-)

Vegan for 6 months and counting...

John, are you stupid, or just an old, senile fart?

No. I am a human being, and human beings have a mixed set of teeth profiles. Our teeth were obviously meant to serve the biological function of eating BOTH meat and veg. Plus, human beings have the biological capacity to digest meat.

So whether you believe that we evolved or God created us, one thing is clear, we are 'designed' to eat meat. End of story.

I wish to be a human being. Thanks.

No
I think the idea of being VEGAN is stupid, pointless and extremely dangerous to health.
But if you wish to take the risk of suffering an early death through lack of proper nourishment - Then go ahead.

Nope.

My eating wild game does nothing to hurt the planet.

For the animals? Its nature

My health? Im in PERFECT health!

Nope meats too good tasting. If God didn't want us to eat animals he wouldn't have made them so tasty! Plus animals were put on the Earth for the betterment of humans.

I don't think I could go a week.Yes,sometimes when I eat meat I think of the animal but we are omnivores.

No. It's pointless.
