Try a Tofu burger or Mushroom burger.
They're both delicious. Mushroom tastes like "real meat" in my opinion.
Boca Burger's Original Vegan recipe. And go to vegan essentials.com Upton "meats" and Match "meats" and some other companies make some outstanding veggie burger/beef alternatives. There are so many companies these days - try something new every week, and good luck with the IBS. I had stomach and intestine problems that could have gotten worse, and it didn't and I swear by Pure Aloe Vera Juice (just down the stuff, you will be feeling better in no time - it's totally worth it to try), and dehydrated licorice tablets.
And milled flaxseed in soy yogurt. Very good for your bowel function/intestines.
And I would recommend going vegan if you aren't all ready. It cures a tremendous amount of stomach and intestinal problems, and vegans are very well-known to have healthy BMs.
If you need any more help with IBS, please let me know. i have a family with extremely serious intestinal problems, and I have successfully avoided the issue for some years by taking incredible care of myself on a routine basis with certain remedies for these kinds of problems. i am very fortunate in that respect. Please feel free to message me for things that actually WORK, and will have you feeling good in a matter of days, if not hours.

Yves Veggie burgers.
Take a portabello mushroom, roast it on the BBQ and use that as your burger patty -- really tasty! and meaty texture. I had some home made veggie burgers made by this Taiwanese family and it really tasted like meat and they used some sort of mushroom to make them. I think mushrooms are the 'meatest' thing outside of actual meat.
There are lots of good veggie/bean burgers in the veg freezer section. Morningstar & Amy's are big here. Amy's is more expensive, organic, and really good. Morningstar is good and affordable. All veggie burgers are expensive....wot's up w/that????? Get some recipes and start making your own & freezing them.
As others say, they won't taste like meat. But, for the closest thing, grill your veggie burger on the bbq, grill the bun, add 'the works' and you won't be sorry. Really, really good:)
With your IBS, Amy's should be your choice. Their bistro burger is organic, gluten free, non-dairy. Perfect for you. (Grill it!)
Boca makes what I find to be the most meat tasting one of the bunch. opinions will vary but for me that one is at least similar. Not my favorite but thats not what you are asking. I dont know how well its going to go with your IBS though. Good luck.
Boca burgers (original vegan flavor) are my favorite. They're high in fiber, however, so I don't know if they'd be particularly good for IBS.
What I like even better is to season and grill a portabella mushroom.
I think Morning Star makes a really good veggie burger:

You should try Amy's Organics Veggie Burgers...they are amazing. Take a look, just don't drool on your keyboard.

I have never found a veggie burger that still tastes like meat.
I have found veggie burgers that are still tasty, but none of them taste like meat.
I'm a vegan so I can't eat these now, but MorningStar Grillers Prime veggie burgers are really good and tasted meaty to me :)
Veggie burgers don't taste like meat. They are somewhat similar, but I think it's what you put on them that makes them taste good.

They don't taste like meat. Some people claim certain brands taste good, but they don't taste like meat.
There are 2 good ones Boca and something else but it comes in a green case in the frozen section at Walmart.
