Is it bad to eat those flavor packets in the raumen packets?!

Question: Is it bad to eat those flavor packets in the raumen packets?
You know the flavoring that comes with the noodles that you have to boil and then add flavoring.
Is it bad to eat alone? It's sooo good lol

umm.. its high in sodium and is not healthy for you,
but i'm sure its better than a 5000 calorie burger..

and fyi a good 90% of ramen flavorings are NOT vegan/vegetarian so i think you've severely miscatagorized this question

Well, if you are looking to be a vegan, you need to be careful because not only just generally are they high in sodium, but they more often than not have beef or chicken stock in them as well as some other animal ingredients.
Now there are some really good vegetable broth cubes that a jewish company makes that looks the same as a beef broth, but for the ramen noodles you get, more often than not, they have beef of chicken or even seafood stock.
Not very vegan.

A Vegan.

Well if you enjoy eating salt, msg, artificial flavours, colours and chemical ingredients........

Then go for your life!

These packets should NOT even be added to the noodles, let alone eaten separately.

But if you enjoy it, then do it. Rather you than me though.

YUCK

Yeah, it has a lot of sodium and has msg. Not exactly health food, lol. But I enjoy eating it too (as long as it's the Top Ramen Oriental flavor, which is fine for vegetarians :P)

Nope. I mean what's the difference between eating just the packet alone, or the packet WITH the noodles? NOTHING!! So I would say it would be fine.....not healthy (with or without noodles) but if you like it, EAT IT

Such a stup!d question!!!
That is chemical, would you consider chemical ingredients as a "healthy food"???how silly, someone should explain to this country how to AVOID places like second class food supermarkets and random rubbish junk!

it tastes salty but anyway i think so because when it is cooked in with the ramen it settles down and the saltiness is somewhat cooked out of the packet

High in sodium and m.s.g. but one packet is for one pack of noodles so I would say probably not. But I would not eat more than three a day. Why not eat the noodles too?

The flavor packets are high in sodium and only the Top Ramen Oriental flavor is vegetarian.

I have to agree with Spring. Those packets contain A LOT of sodium! They may be good, but are they really worth it? yikes!

Yes and it gives you bad breathe.

They not healthy healthy, but theyre not bad bad, Odes this help

Nope
