VEGETABLES.



Whatever you'd like to eat!

My tip would be to avoid eating the foods you normally do minus the meat, as it will just feel like you're missing out.

Instead, buy a good vegetarian cook book and have a go at the recipes in there yourself. I turned veggie when I was 14, and found that when I made my own special veggie food my whole (meat-crazy) family felt like they were missing out and wanted some too!!!



Nuts (ones you're not allergic to, obviously), wheat gluten, soy, cheese and eggs (if you're ovo-lacto vegetarian), black beans, (chillis and such are good for you)...

Breads, Vegetables and fruits.



lentils, beans, nuts, are all good. You also need to be having plenty of green vegetables and cereals for iron.

I have been one for about yo years
losts of salads
and i mostly eat oven baked chips :D, veggie chips.
Um cheese pizza.
Quesdillas haha idk what else to mention.
