Hey Honey,

Everyone is different so to find out the cause of your weight problems you should probably look at things like your diet, your lifestyle, and your genes.

If you're an overeater, then you need to reduce not only the calories that you but you also need to eat less fried foods, less fatty foods, less sweets and less trans-fats. Reduce the amount of oil/ghee that you cook with, and try to limit your carb intake for the day. Eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, and make your own fresh juices instead of buying juices from outside that are sweetened with sugar.

Try to incorporate more activity into your lifestyle. Start going for walks, runs, jogs - anything to get you moving more. Even yoga and breathing exercises at home can help you.

Finally, look at your genes. Are you parents overweight as well? If they are, you will have to work a little harder because your body may have a natural tendency to gain weight.

Good luck to you! And most of all, LOVE YOURSELF. Be proud of yourself, and of your accomplishments. You are more than the just the person that people see when they look at you. Remember that when it comes to love, marry a boy who will love you for who you are on the inside AND the outside.

I am 4'10" and I understand the difficulties of reducing and keeping weight off for our height proportion! I am about 48 kilos but have had to work fairly hard to maintain that average. When I was in high school I weighed about 59 kilos... this is what I have found works for me.

I drink a lot of water throughout the day. I TRY to stay away from sodas and juices. Especially juices- because I'd rather not drink my calories. I do NOT count calories OR weigh myself because that drives me batty and stresses me out too much. I eat as much veg and fruit as possible and when I crave junk food- I allow myself to eat small amounts. What happens when I don't do this is I end up binging and hating myself later.

I stay active- and I really believe that this is the key. For me... "exercise" sucked and was too much of something I dreaded doing. I love hiking, biking, and roller blading. I walk as much as I can- NEVER take the elevator- seriously... NEVER. I park far away from things so that it forces me to walk- I do little things that don't FEEL like EXERCISE and I believe that is what adds up to my lower weight.

Please don't stress too much about the weight. I used to obsess and self loathe over this issue and it tormented me. So unhealthy for one's mental outlook! Best of luck chic a dee!!!

dont say that.im sure its not becoz u have some meat.most guys likes that.so dont feed ur brain that information bcoz its not true darling..and ur weight.u not even fat.u just have a lil meat thats al. .
But if u are eating bread.u shud eitha reduce ur limit or cut it completely of ur diet and drink lots of water it makes ful and that way u eat less..trust me it workd 4me .and try eating healthy foodz and les oily fat fast foods

it usually depends on a body, but to the universal thing that does work is protein and salad. Protein is in chicken/beef/turkey. Chicken got the most.. thats for the dinner. In the morning: oatmeal and almonds. lunch you can take some energy bar with protein.. Don't eat carbs (potatoes, rice, PASTA -big no, all junk food etc)

reducing weight...well one thing i wud like here to specify dat....if....the reason for ur getting fatter is becoz of eating...den how wud u feel if i say dat u cud reduce ur calories just by ''eating'' itself....
dont confuse ,,,,i wil expain it... watever we gain or loose in our body is just a game of maths of addition and substraction.
if or intake of food of say 100 calories and to digest it u need 150 calories den u are going to reduce 50 calories in return just by eating...in the same way if intake something of 100 calories and to digest it u require just 50 calories den u r left with 50 calories in return,,,dat keeps on accunulating as fat......causing obesity...
so with gud excersise and gud timetable...u can be like u want to if if if u arent having any other major problem for ur obesity...
so take care of wat u eat...rather than how less u eat...
so d magic for loosing weight is ''eating''...my dear... comming to d other part...
i seriously feel dat there is noo need to have great figure for getting married....never ever take this as a reason for not getting married nor as ur weakness....u r a women ...u can do every thing and anything a man can....
so wait patiently for ur soulmate...
all d best
hope my advice benifits u......
thankyou
regards
naina
