Did I eat alot today?!

Question: Did I eat alot today?
I had a sandwich a BUNCH of chips, mashed potatoes and gravy, and wing stop for dinner like wings and fries. I usually eat pretty healthy but I had a pretty bad day and was depressed and what not. I'm not on a diet or anything but I just hate eating poorly. Is that bad?? Or too much food?

Um, Vegetarian and Vegan section? :)

You had potatoes today (chips, mashed potatoes, fries) three times. That's a lot of starch. It also seems like you had a lot of sodium (sandwich meat, gravy, eating out) today too. It actually doesn't sound like a lot of food, but it's not the greatest food ever.

Drink a lot of water tonight, tea tomorrow, and eat a lot of leafy greens and other veggies tomorrow and the next day to make today less of an issue.

Sounds like a lot of the wrong types of food! But don't worry about it, just don't let it happen often. An occasional treat is good. Enjoy life!
Just eat healthy tomorrow, like you do any other day!

No you're fine, just don't do that everyday. Try and go for a walk or jog, clear your mind. Go to the gym if you can, that's where I go when I'm depressed. Take a friend, it's better that way.

Seems like a lot of carbs but I wouldn't panic. As long as you get a decent amount of exercises (30 minutes a day) you won't be affected by it.

I guessed.

I eat like that everyday haha jk I would deff walk it off and go back to your normal diet tomorrow so you can get back on track. :-) We all have those days don't worry about it.

Have some fresh green vegetables and a piece of fruit.

taste good
