I have a couple Tofurkey questions?!
I am debating getting one for Christmas. I am a vegan. What could I do with all the leftovers because I will be the only one eating it? Is it really worth the $11?

This Thanksgiving my family got one (they are omnivores, but they didn't want to offend me). I couldn't eat it because it has wheat in it, but my family liked it.
Keep eating it until it's gone. If by "is it worth the $11" you are considering how many meals it will last one person, then HECK YEAH it's worth $11. Those things can last me like a week of meals. They taste actually pretty good, and if you want to get one, I say go for it. If you hate it, or don't find it to be worth your money, don't get it again.
Tofurky is pretty good. About the person saying it reminds them of an animal? Quit bitching and crawl into your little hole. It's not meat and it tastes damn good. Nothing suffered so what's the big deal? However, I'm not sure about a meal for one person... Maybe you could look up a few tofurkey recipes and try cooking up your own tofurkey with a smaller portion size! Its worth a try!
The tofurky roast is yummy! Although tofurky has a lot of sodium in it. I say you can chop it up in salads, eat along side another dish like beans or some veggies, put it on a sandwich of course! Make a Tofurky wrap (almost like a regular turkey wrap just all vegan).
If you are truly a vegan, you would not have to get something that looks, smells, and tastes like a turkey. Why would you buy something that, when you eat it, you are reminded of an animal. Even a hamburger, which does not look like a cow, makes me grossed out.
Ugh. Blasphemy.
I personally think Tofurkey is disgusting. I wouldn't waste $11 on it. How about making wild rice stuffed squash?
