Are there any benefits in eating raw ginger?!

Question: Are there any benefits in eating raw ginger?
Answers:

Yeah, if you've got an upset stomach from eating a bad digestive mix or something... it's a really good digestive aide. When feeling nauseated, such as during that stage of pregnancy, it's good to eat or make a tea from. It can also help warm you up as it promotes blood circulation and will help your blood flow to your feet, fingers, etc. if you have poor circulation or even in the winter when it's easy to get cold extremities.

Ginger like onions have been held in high regard by all tribes where they grow. Its like coriander, only a small amount needed & it packs a complete knockout punch of taste & nutrition.
As others have stated its most used for nausea effects & antioxidants, i wouldn't advise just eating ginger by itself & you only need a very small slice otherwise it will overpower your food.

Nausea, digestion, has anti-flammatory effects, protection against Colorectal Cancer, induces cell death in ovarian cancer cells, helps boost immune system...are all positive benefits of ginger.

Also good on potassium. :)

Cheers!

Ginger helps with digestion of food. Ginger will also help with nausea.
