Healthy Indian or Asian vegeterian recipies?!

Question: Healthy Indian or Asian vegeterian recipies?

My sisters a vegeterian and for Christmas I want to make her a book of vegeterian recipies. She's really into Indian culture and I know a majority of them are vegeterians. Also she's really into health and good diets. Just some simple recipies that a 13 yearold could make.
